Detectives from the Southwest, said Richard Jones, 26, drove up to the bar in Westminster and Belmont, jumped from his car and headed for the door, AK-47 in hand. When he could not open the door, he began to shoot.
When he finished, he ran to catch his car which had rolled down the street.
"I imagine that sign, there is no better criminals," said Capt. Ben Naish NBC Philadelphia.
Like Jones, he chased a moving vehicle and fired one shot at police stations. He stayed.
From there, the suspect walked the woman of the house and terrorize his Manayunk before going to Lafayette Hills, where his car broke down.
Police told NBC Philadelphia that Jones left his car and threw the AK-47 in the backyard of a resident.
Authorities say a dozen people were in the bar at the time of the shooting. Fortunately no one was injured.
The police say they have no idea why Jones was shooting at the bar in the first place.
